Our introductory seminar provides general overviews about emotional intelligence, the cause of emotional problems, and a road map of actions to overcome them.

A series of 4 seminars is offered for a more in depth understanding of the nature, role, and dynamics of emotions to help free your self from unwanted and distressing emotions.

Our workshops (from 1 day to 7 days) are a thorough examination and solving of emotional issues.
Workshop topics include, but are not limited to, anger, anxiety, despair, guilt, isolation, loneliness, resentment, shame, sorrow, sadness, and jealousy.
A special 9-day workshop is specially designed for depression.
